The word yoga means union." The practice of yoga brings the body, mind and inner spirit into a harmonious flow through a combination of breath and movement.  Yoga also brings balance into your life.  When combined with other meditation techniques such as relaxation and meditation, one experiences stress relief as well as a sense of emotional calmness, mental peace and clarity.  Yoga can be practiced by people of all ages and body types.

Teen Yoga

"It takes courage to grow up and be who you really are" - E.E. Cummings

Most girls don't have a clue how incredible they are. It is our duty to teach them how to praise themselves, honor their spirits and their bodies and to invite their inner lights to shine brightly. They must believe that their presence actually benefits the world and that they have the ability to achieve even their wildest dreams.

Yoga can help teach our girls how to walk forward even when they want to run back. It can help them deal with any challenge that comes their way whether it is going through a painful break up, struggling with peers or accepting their bodies.
Give the girls in your life the gift of yoga...
Whether you are a parent , teacher, coach or friend, Yoga is a tool that offers a lifetime of benefits. What better time to start than now?
